Privacy Notice

When you submit a quote request we collect the details you provide: name, company, professional role, email, optional phone number, country, and the project information you choose to share. We also record which page you arrived from and any campaign parameters in the link you followed.

If you upload documents — bills of quantities, drawings, specifications, reference images — we store them privately, scan them for malware, and make them available only to the people handling your enquiry.

We handle quote requests on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated. Marketing communication is separate: it happens only if you tick the marketing consent box, and you can withdraw that at any time without affecting your enquiry.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Where deletion would break a legal or accounting obligation, we pseudonymise the commercial record instead and remove the personal identifiers.

We do not sell personal data, we do not use cross-site tracking, and analytics are cookieless by default.
